The Fine Print
Cleaning Fees:

Cleaning fees are one-time fees for your event no matter how many nights you stay

$100 facility cleaning charge when main facility is used, including day use

$15 per room cleaning charge in addition to facility cleaning fee
Deposit and Payment:

We require a 20% deposit to reserve your date.

Payment in full due 2 weeks prior to your event. (no refunds after this point)

Lodge Rules:

Lakewood Lodge is a distinctly Christian organization. We accept reservations from churches and believers whose highest aim is to follow in the footsteps of Christ.

Check in and check out times are not standard as each group has different needs. This will be discussed as part of your reservation.

Lakewood Lodge does not provide meals. Groups can bring their own food and use our commercial kitchen or outdoor grill to cook for themselves.

We prohibit the use of alcohol and tobacco on the Lakewood Lodge premises
